At Treetops retreats, we are dedicated to providing an holistic sanctuary where guests can reconnect with themselves and nature with our stunning views of of the Snowdonia mountain ranges, the sea and lovely costal walks.
Our retreats focus on nurturing the mind, body, and soul through a carefully curated blend of yoga, sound baths, meditation, and mindfulness practices.
Every guest will take away from their retreat just what they need, from just making new friends, a few days away full of laughter, its a space to rejuvenate, heal and recover.

What our retreat covers :
Yoga : Our yoga sessions are tailored to all skill levels. I will guide you through practices that align your body and mind, leaving you refreshed and energised.
Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of our sound baths, where the resonant tones of crystal bowls, ocean drum's and other instruments create a deep meditative state. I also carry out some of the sound baths while you float away on the water in our own swimming pool, an experience not to be missed. These sessions are designed to reduce stress, balance energy, and promote a profound sense of relaxation and healing.
Meditation: Our guided meditations are designed to deepen your ability to centre yourself, quiet the mind, and connect with your inner calm.
Mindfulness : Its woven in to every aspect of our retreats, to stay present in the moment and reduce stress. From mindful eating to nature walks we help integrate mindfulness in to your daily life.
Breathwork: Discovering the power through breathwork sessions. Teaching you how to harness your breath to manage stress, improve mental clarity, and elevate your mood. This is a powerful tool for emotional release, transformation and helping you to connect more deeply with your body and emotions.
Qigong : These sessions are a perfect way to start or end the day with, it will help you to connect with your energy, calm your mind, and deepen your retreat experience. Qigong gentle exercises are designed to open up and balance the body's energy pathways, improving the flow of Qi. Suitable for beginners and experienced.
Somatic therapy: Holistic approach that focuses on the connection between the mind and the body, helping individuals process and release physical tension and emotional trauma. This is a powerful tool for deep healing and self-awareness, by tuning in to your bodies, becoming more aware of physical sensations, tension, and energy patterns. This allows a heightened awareness allowing for identification and release of stored emotions and trauma.
Guided walks/cold water swim: Walks down to the beach for a cold water swim if you are brave enough! embrace the fresh air and nature.
Night around the fire: Enjoy a night around the fire with a warm drink, not forgetting the marshmallows. A night of laughter playing with the drums. (Weather dependent)
Vegan/raw vegan/vegetarian food: Guests will experience a diverse array of flavours and cuisines, from fresh salads, fruit bowls, and hearty soups to inventive plant based dishes. All meals, snacks, and refreshments are included during your stay.
Gift for every guest: Journal and pen to encourage all guests to reflect on their experiences, capture insights, and to continue their personal growth, also a gift bag to take home with home made natural soaps and more...

Sunday (Arrival)
3:00pm onwards - Time to meet other members of the group, explore and settle into your new home for the next few days.
Refreshments and snacks available on arrival.
5:00pm - Meet & greet circle, get to know one another.
6:00pm - Sound bath session
7:30pm - Welcome dinner
Monday
9:00am - Breathwork & Qigong or Yoga, with gentle stretches to awaken the body with guided meditation.
10:00am - Breakfast
11:00am - Free time to relax, read a book, go for a walk or a gentle swim.
1:00pm - Lunch
2:30pm - Scenic walk, with a stop off at the beach for a cold water swim. (Optional)
5:30pm (Approximately) - Free time
6:30pm - Dinner
8:30pm - Meditation sound and laughter around the fire, not forgetting the marshmallows! (weather dependant)
Tuesday (Departure)
9:00am - Breathwork & gentle Hatha Yoga or Qigong, with gentle stretches to awaken the body.
10:00am - Breakfast
11:00am - Yoga Nidra meditation
12:00pm - Free time
1:30pm - Lunch
2:30pm - Closing ceremony & goodbyes
3:00pm Depart.
You will depart Treetops with new perspectives, and the connection to who you really are with a group of new friends, feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
